Franklin provides telecommunications services including, but not limited to, voice termination, origination, toll-free calling, and related solutions tailored for business and carrier clients.

4. Legal and Regulatory Compliance

4.1 STIR/SHAKEN Protocol

We adhere to the STIR/SHAKEN standards mandated by the FCC to prevent illegal caller ID spoofing. All users must likewise comply with applicable caller ID authentication laws.

4.2 Prohibited Call Practices

You are strictly prohibited from using our Services for:

  • Illegal robocalls as defined under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA)
  • Caller ID spoofing intended to deceive, harm, or defraud
  • Falsifying caller ID information
  • Violating the Truth in Caller ID Act or similar federal, state, or local laws

4.3 Telemarketing Compliance

You must comply with the TCPA, the Telemarketing Sales Rule (TSR), and any other applicable laws related to telemarketing, robocalls, and telephone solicitations.

5. User Conduct

5.1 Prohibited Use

You agree not to use our Services to:

  • Conduct any unlawful activity
  • Transmit spam or unsolicited communications
  • Harass or abuse individuals or entities
  • Impersonate any person or organization
  • Bypass security measures or access unauthorized parts of the network
  • Disrupt or interfere with our Services or systems

5.2 Access Stimulation

Engaging in practices such as "traffic pumping" or "access stimulation" to artificially increase call volume or revenue is strictly forbidden.

6. Customer Verification

We implement a Know Your Customer (KYC) process consistent with FCC guidelines. You agree to provide accurate information during onboarding and to keep it current.

7. Service Monitoring and Suspension

7.1 Monitoring

We monitor traffic patterns to detect fraud, abuse, and policy violations. By using our Services, you consent to such monitoring.

7.2 Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate Services without notice if:

  • You violate these Terms
  • We receive complaints about your usage
  • Required by law or regulation
  • Fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected
